This is a method we've used for many years and it seems to be flexible enough to cover most occasions Here's how it works:
At the time of booking you simply pay an amount to cover our time and materials. (It varies slightly depending on how far from our base in Thame the ceremony is). At present (for 2011 weddings) the amounts are: Ceremony within 20 miles of Thame .................£229.00 Ceremony over 20 miles from Thame ...............£249.00 This amount is payable at the time of booking and covers all our time, materials etc on the day. It also covers the time needed to produce a set of proofs from the photographs. On the day we'll attend as many venues as you wish - for example, start at the brides home, on to the church and then cover all the celebrations at the reception. We'll also stay as long as you wish. There's a generous time allocation with this option! ..............................................................................................................

Once the proofs are ready we'll leave them with you for a month to examine and enjoy.*
You're then free to choose as many or as few photographs as you wish. There's no minimum order - just order one photograph if that's what you want to do. The proofs are returned to us together with your print order.
Each reprint (9"x 6") you choose from the proof album
One to nineteen reprints .......................................£12.00 each
Twenty to thirty nine reprints .................................£10.25 each
Over forty reprints .................... .£9.50 each
These prices are for the total number of reprints ordered - add together the reprints everybody wants. If it's over 40 then you all pay just £9.50 each.
This option doesn't include an album - which is great if you've got your own or don't want one. If you do need an album we've got a great choice available and we'd be happy to show you examples. Have a look at a few of them here.
Other print sizes are available as are frames and special effects.
